As promised here are more of the amazing dessert spots I have discovered on my year long food tour of New York. It’s April now so I really need to stop with all the sweet things, summer is quickly approaching. Maybe I should try and make a list of some healthy places to eat…
This cute little 50’s style diner is tucked away on a quiet corner in the West Village. It was such a good find – so reasonably priced (for New York) and the best milkshakes and desserts ever! It’s also a great spot for people watching with huge glass windows surrounding it.
This tiny but adorable cafe is in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. It has the cutest decor and every pastry you could imagine. I also spotted a little garden out the back with chairs for when it gets warmer.
Located steps away from Madison Square Park in the Flat Iron District, it’s the perfect place to pick up a little snack (or in this a big snack) and just relax. These are honestly the best donuts I’ve ever tasted. The line for these huge donuts was equally huge but it was so worth it.
I came across this cafe on World Macaron day when certain cafes were giving away free macarons. I got the most gorgeous coffee and chocolate macaron there that day. It was in the best location for people watching – right above the Rockerfeller Plaza Ice-Skating Rink and one avenue away from Fifth Avenue.
