In the two weeks before I left my Instagram newsfeed was filled with photos from Paris Fashion Week so I was bursting with outfit inspirations. I wanted to have a bit of fun with what I was wearing. Paris seems to be one of those cities where you can get away with pretty much anything.
The first night I wore this very pretty pink tulle skirt from Boohoo.com matched with this cropped crochet cream top from Fashion Bible UK. I felt like I was playing dress up, it was fun to wear. I also love these Valentino look-a-like shoes I picked up in Necessary Clothing in New York last year. I’ve gotten so much wear out of them.
On our first full day in Paris, I knew we would be doing lots of sight-seeing so I wanted something comfortable but also kind of chic. I picked up this long duster blazer, polo neck and wide leg trousers from Boohoo.com as well as my bag and sunglasses. My necklace is Thomas Sabo and rings are Michael Kors Matthew Stephens Jewellers in Limerick and my boots are from Asos.
Saturday Night I wore this fabulous dress from Borrowers Boutique in Dublin. Most girls know that when you are going out or wearing a dress for a special occasion you really only get a few wears out of it so this service is great as it allows you to rent something that would normally be quite expensive for a very reasonable price.
By Sunday it gotten a bit chillier, so I was glad to have my warm coat from Boohoo.com and my faux fur shawl from Zara (see similar here). Underneath these I was wearing this fab Lavish Alice Cape dress and a statement necklace (called Catherine) from My Shining Armour.
And that concludes my outfit changes for the weekend. Can I just add that I fit this all into a Ryanair sized carry on case – impressive I know 😉
I hope you liked my outfit choices! Happy hump day!
