Airport Attire

May 26, 2018

Hi guys,

Hope you’re all well. I am back with a shopping post that has been highly requested from you guys! It is clothes for traveling that are comfortable but still stylish. Lots of you are heading off to fab places this summer and want clothes that are comfortable for traveling and easy to roll up into a suitcase if you are travelling between places too. From chatting to you, I have heard of lots of exciting places you are all going to- from backpacking, inter-railing to a complete relaxation in the sun. If you are traveling to a place I have been, don’t forget I have a travel section on the blog with tips and tricks for all the places I have visited recently 🙂

Hope you all have a fab time away! Also tag me in any pictures you post if you are ever inspired by any of my shopping blog posts and purchased. I’d love to see how you guys styled the pieces.

Chat soon,

Louise x

Festival Fashion

May 21, 2018

Hi guys,

I’m back with another shopping post and this time it is for festivals! As you may have guessed before Coachella, I love planning outfits for festivals. I feel it is a time that people experiment and push the boundaries with clothes and I love seeing everyone’s different styles at festivals.

In this post I have picked out all my favourite bits online that I think would look fab at festivals. It includes boots, tops, dresses, skirts and of course wellies so whatever your style I hope you find some inspiration from this post.

Hoping I get to meet some of you at festivals in Ireland this year. Which ones are you going to?

Chat soon,

Louise x

Summer Memories with H&M

May 17, 2018

Hey guys,

I hope your week is going well. The weather and long evenings are definitely making the weeks more fun at the moment. Every so often we even get a glimpse of the sun, and no one knows how to enjoy some sun like us Irish haha.

I’m so excited to be collaborating with H&M again, this time to show you some of my favourite pieces from their summer collection. I always love injecting some colour into my wardrobe in the summer months, and H&M had so many colourful pieces to choose from. I styled up 3 outfits from the collection and took photos in 3 locations that are special to my heart since I was a child.

The first outfit I wore in my uncles Orchards in Tipperary. I spent many a summer here growing up with my sisters and cousins. We came up for a few days every summer to stay with my aunt and uncle when we were really young – we climbed the ‘Devils Bit’ mountain, told horror stories I’ll never forget and just made the best memories. I have had so many happy, fun times here. I am wearing a blue bardot dress (product code: 0615508), with a brown belt tied around my waist (product code: 0516859) . Brown round sunnies (product code: 0657360), a gold chain from H&M (product code: 0648929)  and blue printed slip on sandals (product code: 0582462) . Continue Reading…

Summer Dresses

May 14, 2018

Hi guys,

Hope you all had a lovely weekend! I had a lovely chilled one at home with Coop and the family. We did the Darkness into Light walk on Saturday morning and then head to my cousins communion on Sunday. Thankfully the weather was gorgeous so we all got to sit outside and enjoy a barbecue (my favourite).

It really feels like summer has arrived now after a few sunny weekends so I decided to do my latest shopping post on summer dresses. Perfect for holidays, summer occasions or any chance the weather is nice enough to get the legs out!

Hope you like them.

VIP Style Awards 2018

May 6, 2018

Hi guys,

It’s been over a week since the 2018 VIP Magazine Style Awards – and it only crossed my mind today that I haven’t done a blog post on my outfit on the night. I absolutely loved my dress, it was everything I had imagined. When I heard I was nominated at the start of March I immediately started brainstorming for a dress – my first stop was my Pinterest board of ball gowns (I save dresses here randomly throughout the year, whenever I see nice ones). Then I went to every online shop I know that sells ballgowns – and wow! They are expensive. Anything I saw that I liked was WAY out of my budget!

I knew I was looking for ruffles, tulle, a delicate top but I didn’t know where to find it. I went to the ARC Fashion Show at the end of March with my friend Ellen, and that’s where I saw Caterina Coyne and just fell in love with her designs.

I sent her some of my inspiration dresses, Caterina drew some sketches to match this – we met and then came up with the final design together. I absolutely love it. It’s feminine, fun, edgy and has a gorgeous shape. It was also super comfortable which is important on the night as it is quite a long night. Thank you Caterina!!! Continue Reading…
