I hope you all had a nice weekend. Another week, another new look on the blog. I shot this look last week – rest assured I don’t look like this today. Monday mornings are not my favourite haha, and this one is particularly busy.
I guess that is the beauty (but also a flaw) of social media – you only share what you want to share. It’s my job as a blogger to still post things even when I don’t feel 100% – so just know that days are not always easy and outfits are not always as good as they seem on social media. If you’re having a bad Monday you can be sure you’re not alone, even if everyone you follow seems to be having the time of their lives.
No one’s life is as perfect as their Instagram feed
You never know what someone might be struggling with offline. So if you find yourself ‘checking in’ on people rather than catching up with people just remember nothing beats a good old fashioned catch-up or phone call. And that’s coming from someone who loves social media haha!
Anyway a few words on this look: I’m sporting my new rings from the COMPLIMENTS collection with Dyrberg/Kern. You may have seen I’ve featured these rings on my blog a few times now (here & here) – as you can change the toppers, you can mix and match different colours and shapes making them look like a different set of rings each time you wear them.
