If you’re like me and have the sweetest tooth of all teeth then you’ll appreciate this list of places – whether its just for ideas of what to make or whether you actually plan on visiting.
1. Serendipity III
There is usually a wait for this place as it is so popular – but it’s so worth it. The decor inside is so cute and the dessert tastes as good as it looks. The Frozen Hot Chocolate pictures above is there signature drink and it definitely does the trick for an Irish girl suffering chocolate withdrawals while living in the States.
2. The Bakeshop by Woops
This cute little cafe in Williamsburg has the best selection of Macaroons. The cafe itself is just so girly and pretty.
3. The City Bakery
Hot chocolate with a brick of homemade marshmallow. Enough said. What more could you want on a snowy day? It’s a pricey bowl of hot chocolate at $7 but it’s quite filling and is definitely worth the treat. Call it dinner.

4. Max Brenners Chocolate Restaurant
From the second you walk in the door of this restaurant you know you have made the right choice. The smell of chocolate is so overwhelmingly beautiful. They have a normal food menu, but they have chocolate everything: Pasta, Pizza, Sandwiches… We treated ourselves to some fondue. I will definitely have to go back for that pizza though. Chocolate and marshmallows on pizza. I need to go back.
