I hope you’re all having a good week. This last week was a great one for me. My 24th birthday was on Wednesday, I won ‘Best Fashion Blog’ at the Blog Awards on Thursday and left on Friday to spend the weekend in Barcelona (blog post to follow). September has been a bit of a whirlwind, but a great start to my new year (I talked a little about this in a previous blog post, see it here.)
There’s nothing quite like a birthday to remind you how lucky you are to have the people you have in your life. In honour of that I wanted to share my last post from LA – and probably my favourite one from the trip, because it features my friends!
You can pack for every occasion, but a good friend will always be the best thing you can bring!
We took these photos on our last day in LA – we went traipsing around the city to as many ‘Instagramable’ spots as we could, which is hard in LA, because there is so many! We took these photos on Melrose Avenue which has so many pretty walls like this!
Here we’re all wearing Penney’s shirts – they have such a great selection of them in store at the moment. The best thing about them is that they can carry you straight from summer into winter and you can style them in so many different ways – wearing them as casual wear, as we have here – or even to work.
After arriving home last night I’m slowly but surely getting my head around the fact that summer is over and winter is on the way,
Expect lots of changes in my wardrobe, and of course on the blog over the next while,
