This year is my first year having weekends to myself – between college, working part time and travelling between Limerick and Dublin in the last few years I’ve never had as long in the weekend as I have now. It’s great because there is always so much to do in the city that my weekends are always jam packed with different things.
This weekend was a long one with Friday off for Easter (we don’t get Monday over here but it was still lovely). I spent Saturday morning running around getting my usual weekend jobs done (laundry, groceries – the bain of my life) but then I got to catch up with my friends in the afternoon for a not so normal brunch at ‘Il Bastardo‘ in Chelsea – if you have me on Snapchat (Username: lou1409) you’ll know what I mean!
