Hey guys,
I hope everyone is good and having a good week. This week is an exciting and very busy one for me. Having a full time job as well as blogging – which is a full time job in itself definitely keeps me on my toes. I love having the opportunity to do both and I’m lucky in that they do overlap a little as I work in Digital PR – so what I learn in blogging can be applied to my work and vice versa.
I’ve learnt a lot about making the most out of my time – I’m currently writing this blog post as I am on the bus to Belfast for work.
I will be heading back down to Dublin tomorrow evening to attend the Blog Awards, where I’ve been nominated for the best Lifestyle Blog Award. Thanks so much to everyone who voted for me, it really means so much to have made it this far!
The awards are 1920’s themed so I got a fab flapper style dress in Cari’s Closet which I can’t wait to show you! I’ve met so many lovely Irish Bloggers since I’ve been back in Ireland and I’m excited to meet more tomorrow. My best friend Dearbhla is my date for the night so we’re going to make a real girls night out of it. I’ll have lots of updates on my Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat (lou1409) throughout the day so be sure to follow along.
