Today is a good day. It’s Friday and it’s payday and the weekend is here again!
I’m lucky that I have a job that I love, so the weekdays really aren’t that bad, especially in the summer, but you can’t beat the feeling of having two whole days off to do whatever you want. Starting with some happy hour drinks at 5pm.
This weekend I am experiencing my first NY beach day of the summer – incase you haven’t guessed by now, I love the beach. Myself & Erika are heading out to Long Island for a beach/ pool party on Sunday. It will be nice to get out of the humid city for the day. Expect lots of Insta & Snapchat updates! Speaking of the sticky weather we have been experiencing in New York – dressing for work has become even more of a challenge. Especially now that I walk to and from work. I picked up this jumpsuit in the Zara sale and think it is perfect for hot summer days in work when put with a blazer. The heels on the cobble stones? Not sure they are quite as practical.
