Heyyy,
It’s the weekend again… Thank god! This week felt long, I think the sunny weather at the start of the week just had me longing for the weekend since Monday! I can’t believe we are more than half way through the summer already. It’s flown – and looking back already it’s easy to see why.
Every weekend in the summer there seems to be something on. I’ve ticked 3 festivals of my list for the first time this summer: Forbidden Fruits, Body & Soul and Longitude. My summer started early in May with my trip to Ibiza, since then I’ve had a quick trip to London, but that’s been the extent of my travelling. My feet are getting itchy again and I’m ready for August and September. I have an exciting trip to Copenhagen coming up with DYRBERG/KERN in August and then my real summer holidays start on September 1st – this is definitely going to take the edge off the summer ending. I will be heading to Vegas and LA with a group of my closest friends and I literally could not be more excited!!!
In the meantime I’m making the most of the Irish summer – and enjoying the warmer temperatures we’ve been getting for the last week. I love this embroidered denim jacket from Penneys I’m wearing here. Embroidered Denim is a huge trend coming into Autumn – look at Gucci’s take on it here. Underneath this jacket I’m wearing this mustard collared top from River Island – mustard has to be one of my favourite colours at the moment (check out this mustard dress from Folkster I wore to the June Ball last month). I paired these two statement pieces with my trusty all white accessories, I’ve found similars and linked them below
